Searching Timecards

To search Timecards

1. Click View > Timecards from the menu bar. The Timecards Search screen opens.
2. Select a status type from the Status droplist from the Timecard search criteria panel.
3. Enter the search criteria in the Name field.
4. Enter values in the Start Date and End Date fields.
5. Click Search. All timecards that match the search criteria appear in the timecard Search Results pane.

Note: Valid timecard status values are All, Clock-in, and Clock-out.

The valid date format is displayed as MM/DD/YYYY. Alternately, click the Start Date calendar icon, and then click on the day. Click the End Date calendar icon, and then click on the day. The Calendar screen will display a red border on the current day by default.
